I couldn’t wait until Monday to share. What an amazing message
Got busy and didn’t post a song on Monday but woke up this morning and God placed this old Steven Curtis Chapman song on my heart so I decided not to wait until next Monday to post it.
If you’re feeling beaten down by life I pray this song will come to mean as much to you as it always has to me.
“I know you’re able and I know you can, Save through the fire with your mighty hand, but even if you don’t, my hope is you alone.”
If you’ve faced this in your walk with God rejoice! “Even if” you must force yourself. He’s growing your faith and showing trust in you as he showed in Job.
“Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.” – Hebrews 11:1
I know its not Monday but I need to share this TODAY. We’ve lost track of the simple gospel and the soulful tones our parents and grandparents worshipped to. I hope this touches you deep in your soul as much as it does me.
It’s all your God, including every breath you grant me to be breathed for your glory.
If you’ve never heard Crystal Lewis’s rendition of some of the great hymns of all time you are in for a treat. Below will give you a taste but I highly recommend searching a hard copy out on the internet for optimum audio.
And just in case you’d enjoy hearing a version in Spanish
