How did Cincinnati.com obtain early vote totals for Ohio when the polls do not close until 730p tonight? Why are they allowed to receive the numbers in advance, and post them?
I just placed a call to the Secretary of State’s office in Ohio and was told to look at this press release, which does not answer my questions in any way.

UPDATE 11:25AM: Any of the numbers you saw on Cincinnati.com were absolutely incorrect. I spoke with a source at the paper, and he explained to me off the record what “may” have happened. While I cannot disclose the information, none of the data that was posted was accurate — it was completely an error, and has been removed from their website.
